The Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed to be University has announced its fellowships and awards for the year 2023. Eminent chenda artist Sadanam Vasudevan has been selected for the Kakkad Karanavappadu Fellowship, while kathakali maestro Kalamandalam K.G. The awardees in various categories include Kottakkal Kesavan Kundalayar ; Kottakkal Madhu ; Kottaram Subhramaniyan Namboodiri ; Kalamandalam Haridas ; Chingoli Purushothaman ; Sooraj Nambiar, Kalamandalam Leelamani ; Payyannur P V Krishnan Kutti ; Bijeesh Krishna.
