Woman tries to reserve public parking spot before unleashing 'racist' rant

Dashcam footage has captured the moment a woman erupted into a 'racist' rant after a couple tried to claim a space in a public carpark. The Victorian woman approached the car after the driver attempted to pull into an empty car space and she signalled for the vehicle to stop. The woman told the couple they couldn't park 'This is how arrogant you lot are' the woman told the occupants of the car 'Excuse me, you don't need to be racist,' the female passenger hit back. The woman then walked away from the car and stood in their intended parking spot to prevent them entering.
