South Australian man returning from Victoria tests positive to COVID-19

"It is certainly concerning for my team, and I think that all South Australians should be concerned," Dr Spurrier said. South Australian Health Minister Stephen Wade said just over 3,000 people had been tested for the coronavirus on Wednesday, and that the high rates of testing ensure "we have a clear line of sight" to the true infection rate in South Australia.
