Meghalaya CM in Delhi to meet Shah for implementation of ILP

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma has sought an appointment to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on Wednesday to press the demand for implementation of the Inner Line Permit in the north eastern state, CMO sources said on Tuesday. All leaders of the ruling Meghalaya Democratic Alliance are camping at the national capital to meet Shah, the sources told PTI. This is the third time that the Meghalaya chief minister is in the national capital to meet Shah. "We will impress upon the union home minister on the merits of implementing ILP in Meghalaya.
