Man Held in Attack on Girl Student

Visakhapatnam: The Srikakulam police arrested the prime suspect in the attack on a final-year student of Srikakulam Degree College, which occurred on January 31. The attack allegedly took place when Jagadeesh, after dropping off the victim, proposed marriage to her. She was found unconscious by fellow students within the hostel premises on Thursday evening. Vivekanand stated that the victim had left the hostel at 3 pm, visited a beautician around 5 pm, and returned to the hostel at 8 pm when the attack took place.
