Viswasam, which is bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films and directed by Siva is scheduled to hit the theatres tomorrow A petition was filed on behalf of Sathya Jyothi Films in the Madras High Court today seeking to vacate the ban on the release of Viswasam, featuring superstar Ajith. Viswasam, which is bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films and directed by Siva, is scheduled to hit the theatres tomorrow. On failing to do so, Umapathy filed a case and managed to get a stay order on the release of Viswasam in the regions of Coimbatore, Tiruppur and Erode. The counsel for Sai Baba Films appealed to the Madras HC to lift the ban on Viswasam, promising that an amount of Rs 35 lakh would be paid to the complainant later today and the remaining amount will be paid within four weeks from now.
