Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday, addressing a youth dialogue in Rae Bareli, described unemployment as the biggest problem for the youth in India, adding that the BJP government had proved to be a complete failure in providing job opportunities. Mr. Gandhi accused the Narendra Modi-led BJP government of destroying small-scale industries through the wrong implementation of GST and demonetisation.
