CID probe into Sachin Panchal’s suicide likened to third-party inspection

National honorary president of Sri Ram Sene Siddalinga Swami has likened the Criminal Investigation Department probe into the Bidar contractor Sachin Panchal’s suicide case to a third-party inspection and expressed that he does not have any faith in the State agency. Siddalinga Swami and the former Member of Parliament Umesh Jadhav, addressing a press conference in Kalaburagi on Thursday, expressed dissatisfaction with the State CID’s handling of the investigation in Panchal’s suicide case. Producing a video clip before media persons in which a youth identifying himself as Mahesh Telgi uses foul language against Siddalinga Swami for targeting Priyank Kharge and also dares the seer to prove the Minister’s involvement in Sachin’s suicide case, the seer said that he has received several threats on social media and reiterated that he will continue to fight demanding justice without yielding to any such threats. Dr. Jadhav demanded the immediate arrest of the accused in Sachin Panchal’s suicide case and urged the State government to hand over the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
