Brescia’s 19-year-old midfielder Sandro Tonali comes in for Verratti, but Spinazzola and Berardi have not been replaced. Italy, who have already qualified for next year’s European Championship, face Bosnia and Herzegovina on 15 November before hosting Armenia three days later.
