The Yogi Adityanath government on Sunday night ordered transfer of 18 IAS officers across Uttar Pradesh, including appointment of three new district magistrates. The new vice-chairman of Kanpur Development Authority is Lakhimpur Kheri’s chief development officer Arvind Singh.
