Kane was forced off during Bayern Munich’s 3-3 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt after receiving treatment to his right thigh area on Sunday, but travelled straight to St George’s Park, where he was passed fit by England’s medical staff on Monday evening. However, the 31-yer-old striker trained indoors on an individualised programme as he enters a race to be fit for Thursday night’s Nations League game against Greece at Wembley.
