UK PM shares pics of ‘Sunak pharmacy’, says ‘grew up working there with mum’

Hindustan Times

UK prime minister Rishi Sunak on Wednesday shared some pictures of his family's pharmacy in Southampton where he worked as a child. This comes as Britain's pharmacists will soon be able to prescribe drugs that were previously only authorised by doctors, under government plans unveiled Tuesday to ease pressure on the state-run National Health Service. Sunak's south coast also created controversy because of taxpayer funded helicopter ride as he displayed his fondness for short-distance air travel yet again. Sunak's spokesperson had previously said his travel arrangements made the “most effective use of his time”.
