Sex addiction, outer space and steel mills: Jennifer Lopez's new movie trailer has left us very confused
ABCJennifer Lopez has announced her upcoming movie-musical, This Is Me… Now: A Love Story, with an outrageous trailer that covers so much ground — from a sex addiction intervention to galaxies far, far away — that it's hard to say what, exactly, this film involves. Streamer Prime Video calls it "an intimate, fantastical and narrative-driven reflection of Lopez's journey to find love" from the singer-actor's "heart, soul and dreams". There's a rom-com moment where Lopez's friends tell her she's a sex addict — seemingly playing off old, refuted rumours that J-Lo's 02 prenup with Affleck stipulated they had to have sex four times a week. It's also directed by music video go-to David Meyers, who's been behind the lens for clips by Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Jay-Z, SZA, Ariana Grande and most major stars since the late 90s.
