'Utterly failed': Judge tosses Giuliani's defamation suit against President Joe Biden

A federal judge tossed former Donald Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani's lawsuit against President Joe Biden because it "utterly failed" to prove a crucial point, court records show. New Hampshire judge Paul J.
