Make e-scooter riders wear helmets, coroner urges - after father-of-four, 41, died after losing control of a vehicle while speeding along a road

Helmets should be mandatory for e-scooter riders a coroner has said, following a father-of-four’s death. An inquest into Mr Isaacs’s death heard he was travelling along a road in Nottingham on May 23 when he ‘lost control’ of his e-scooter and fell.
