‘Hiring to go back to pre-pandemic levels by June’

The Hindu

In “Naukri Hiring Outlook Survey 2022”, 57% of the recruiters have indicated that there would be both new and replacement hiring in their organisations in the coming months till June 2022. When this outlook is juxtaposed against the hiring sentiment from last year’s edition of the Survey, it shows that many industries are on the mend and the job market is clambering back to normality. The Survey notes that 62% of the recruiters expect hiring to go back to pre-COVID levels in their organisations by June 2022. Naukri Hiring Outlook Survey 2022 sought the views of 1879 recruiters and consultants representing over 10 major sectors.
