"We have seen a reduction in those big regional cities and we are seeing less cases across regional Victoria, that is exactly what we want," Mr Andrews said. Professor Sutton said he remained particularly concerned about the Epping Gardens aged care outbreak, which has clocked 209 confirmed coronavirus cases. When asked about a possible end date for stage 4 restrictions, Professor Sutton said it remained a "grey area".
