Read our privacy policy Comedian Jack Whitehall has endorsed The Independent’s Help The Hungry campaign and launched a competition to encourage his followers to donate. The Bad Education star praised the “remarkable” food redistribution work of The Felix Project, The Independent’s campaign partner, and launched a competition on his food blog, foodSlut, with celebrity judges including Masterchef’s Greg Wallace and Candice Brown from The Great British Bake Off. Burgers will be judged by a panel of food experts consisting of Greg Wallace, Candice Brown, The Mob Kitchen, Adam Richman from Man vs Food and Wycombe Wanderers football player Adebayo Akinfenwa.
