With over 29,400 cases of novel Coronavirus in the country, it seems like Prime Minister Narendra Modi might extend the ongoing Pan-India lockdown. As per the news agency PTI, educational institutes, shopping malls, religious places, and public transport are likely to remain shut beyond May 3, 2020. However, the final decision will be taken during the weekend, officials said on Monday, “Schools, colleges, shopping malls, religious places, and public transport are likely to remain shut while a ban on public and social gatherings is also expected to continue beyond May 3”, said the officials.
