A 27-year-old man was injured in the early hours of Wednesday while placing an explosive near a car in Rotterdam, according to local police. Emergency services were alerted around 2 a.m. about a man with a heavily bleeding leg on Adriaen van der Doeslaan in the Hillegersberg-Schiebroek neighborhood.
