Martyrs’ Memorial in Telangana to be world’s largest 'seamless stainless steel structure'

The Martyrs' Memorial that is to be unveiled soon in the city of Hyderabad in Telangana is believed to be the world's largest 'seamless stainless steel structure'. The structure is similar to 'Cloud Gate,' which is also known as 'Chicago Bean', in the US state of Illinois. According to an Indian Express report, construction of the structure was overseen by eminent sculptor M Venkata Ramana Reddy, who said the shape was the fifth design he submitted to chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. According to Telangana Today, sculptor Ramana Reddy said 'Cloud Gate' had inspired him.
