A bench of Justice Abhay S. Oka and Justice Augustine George Masih clarified that the findings of the High Court were rendered solely to address the issue of the legality of the arrest and would not affect the merits of the ongoing complaint under Section 44 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
