Maratha Quota : Maharashtra Govt Files Caveat Petition In SC

The Maharashtra Government has filed a caveat petition in the Supreme Court, anticipating challenge against the Bombay High Court's judgment passed on Thurday which upheld OBC reservation for Maratha community. The caveat petition filed through Advocate Nishant R Katneswarkar has prayed that no order be passed in any petition challenging the High Court judgment, without hearing state government.
