Not only is the Premier League spending time “reviewing” its Owners’ & Directors’ Test, it plans to introduce “a number of measures” that will give fans of its 20 member clubs a louder voice. Within the review’s 162 pages was a recommendation that “the Premier League should guarantee its support to the pyramid and make additional, proportionate contributions to further support football”.
