Prepare seniority lists for teachers: Lokesh

Vijayawada:Education Minister Nara Lokesh has asked officials to prepare seniority lists for teachers so as to avoid complaints on teacher transfers. Officials informed the minister that a new syllabus would be introduced for the first year of intermediate education starting from the next academic year. Lokesh asked the officials to formulate policies to compensate for the losses incurred due to GO 42 while addressing the issues faced by aided teachers, keeping the future of students in mind. School Education Secretary Kona Shashidhar, director Vijay Rama Rao, Intermediate education director Kritika Shukla, Samagra Shiksha SPD Srinivasa Rao and AP Skill Development Corporation MD Ganesh Kumar were among those present.
