PM Modi advises Union Ministers to prepare roadmap for new govt
The HinduPrime Minister Narendra Modi, at the Union Cabinet meeting on Sunday, asked his ministerial colleagues to prepare a draft roadmap for the first 100 days and the next five years for the new government. The Union Ministers would hold meetings with senior officials of their departments to ensure that the roadmap is implemented accordingly, according to government sources. Earlier this month, seeking to send a message of confidence that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance would once again come to power, the Union Council of Ministers led by the Prime Minister had discussed a 100-day agenda for quick implementation after the formation of the new government. The Cabinet had also deliberated on the vision document for “Viksit Bharat 2047 ” and a detailed action plan for the next five years.
