The owner and duty managers of the Spinifex Hotel were found to have repeatedly breached emergency COVID-19 liquor restrictions. In November, two duty managers employed by Spinifex Holdings Pty Ltd pleaded guilty to breaching the Liquor Control Act and were issued with fines and spent convictions.
