Read our privacy policy An Uber driver has been cleared of injuring two police officers during a stop and search. Harry Mackenney, 33, told officers he was busy working when he was was pulled over in Penge, south-east London, on Saturday, February 22, last year, the Old Bailey heard. Mr Mackenney had denied two charges of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm, two charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one offence of dangerous driving.
