Bengaluru: Man throws acid on colleague over personal enmity, arrested

A man, native of West Bengal, allegedly threw acid at his colleague over personal enmity in Bengaluru's Cubbonpete on Sunday. Meanwhile, the victim, who is said to be the colleague of the attacker, suffered 30% burns in the acid attack. ACCUSED ARRESTED After the incident, a complaint was registered at Halasuru Gate police station and an investigation was launched into the matter. Earlier, an acid attack case was reported in the Kamakshipalya limits of the city on April 28 when a 23-year-old woman turned down the advances of the accused.
