Google Docs starts rolling out ‘Help Me Create’ AI tool
Google is reportedly rolling out a new AI tool in Docs called ‘Help Me Create.’ The feature will help users create an entire document with the appropriate cover image, stylised text, tables and content from files in their Google Drive. The AI feature has options for several use cases including marketing plans, party planning checklists and so on. They can also specify which documents the tool can pull from exactly in the prompt by naming them preceded by an ‘@.’ Google has said that the feature will require an addon from Gemini Business, Enterprise, Education, Education Premium or Google One AI Premium for their Workspace account. Google has been steadily integrating AI features into its apps with AI image generator Imagen 3 being added to Docs for Workspace users last month.
