Udupi: The vibrant Sri Krishna Jayanti celebration reached its zenith at Udupi Sri Krishna Mutt with the traditional 'Sri Krishna Leelotsava' on Thursday. Led by Sri Vidyasagara Tirtha Swamiji from Krishnapura Mutt, the current Paryaya Peetadhipati, hundreds of devotees offered the sacred 'Arghya' to Sri Krishna at midnight on Wednesday. Special Pooja was offered on Thursday as part of 'Sri Krishna Leelotsava.' The clay idol of Sri Krishna brought in a procession from the Matha to the Golden Chariot, adorned upon a golden palanquin.
