Today, Police Commissioner Grant Stevens said it had received an opinion from external lawyers and as a result there would be no further investigation or action taken. "I think Vickie Chapman's got plenty of things to be doing — I don't think that she should be standing aside unless there is any evidence that's been presented," he said.
