WhatsApp is rolling out Call Links feature, testing video calls support for 32 users
WhatsApp announces a new feature for a seamless calling experience. The instant messaging platform is rolling out Call Links feature for voice calls. With Call Links feature rolling out, users can simply tap on the ‘Call Links’ option available within the Calls Tab and then create a link for an audio or video call and share it easily with family and friends. Now, with the 32 people supported video calling feature, WhatsApp is clearly taking on the likes of other group video calling platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, among others. The Call Links feature is rolling out to everyone globally in a phased manner.
