Paytm launches ‘Receive Money QR Widget’ for Android users

Paytm on Tuesday launched the ‘Receive Money QR Widget’ for Android users for receiving money directly from phone’s home screen without opening the Paytm app. To set the ‘Paytm QR Widget’ for receiving money on Android, the users need to tap on the profile icon in the top left to open the flyout menu, then tap on the “Add QR to Homescreen” button below your QR code. Once you close the Paytm app, the QR widget will appear on the phone’s home screen. “This innovation reflects our commitment to continuously evolve based on user needs, ensuring a seamless and transparent payment collection process for both businesses and individuals alike,” Paytm spokesperson said.
