Advocate Mahendra Shandilya Elected As President Of Rajasthan High Court Bar Association

Advocate Mahendra Shandilya has won the election for the post of President of Rajasthan High Court Bar Association as per results declared recently. The other contenders for the post of the President of the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association were Kapil Prakash Mathur, Manu Bhargava, Rohan Jain, Ramavtar and Babu Lal Saini. Further, Hitesh Mishra has been elected as the new Treasurer of the Bar Association, Shilpa Sharma as the Social Secretary, Pramila Sharma as the Library Secretary and Narendra Sharma as the Joint Library Secretary. On Thursday, a day before the elections, the Supreme Court had permitted the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association to conduct elections strictly in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Rajasthan High Court and without contravening the principle of 'One Bar, One Vote.'
