The HinduA Congress delegation led by Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on its way to violence-hit Sambhal was stopped at the Ghazipur border between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday.
