The CREDAI Telangana STATECON 2024 Conference was held in Hyderabad on the 20th of August this month. Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, and Bhongir MLA Kumbam Anil Kumar Reddy inaugurated the conference by CREDAI Telangana. CREDAI Telangana Statecon 2024 Conference: Proposed Plans The sessions at Statecon 2024 focused on the opportunities and challenges of going global with a focus on the existing landscape, drafting a blueprint of success for the real estate sector, making the State a global investment destination, developing a roadmap for upskilling the youth to seize opportunities, and building a sustainable, green, and smart Telangana. “Such activities across districts would spur rapid growth and create a demand for world-class real estate throughout the state, presenting new prospects for the industry.” According to G Ajay Kumar, secretary of CREDAI Telangana, “Telangana, a notable hub for pharma and health tech in Asia with an industry worth more than $86 billion, is well-positioned to become a global center for IT and medical tourism under Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s innovative leadership.
