Arvind Kejriwal writes to PM seeking land to build homes for sanitation workers

Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Friday put forward a proposal to provide homes for government employees on monthly instalments. Speaking at a press conference, Kejriwal said that he has also written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, requesting him to provide land to the Delhi government for constructing homes for government employees. "Since land-related matters in Delhi fall under the purview of the central government, I request that the central government provide land to sanitation workers at concessional rates. In his letter to PM Modi, Arvind Kejriwal also proposed that the subsidy, given to students, will be equally borne by both the Delhi and Central governments.
