After Delhi HC pulls up Centre over customs delay, CBIC says 3,000 oxygen concentrators not pending clearance

After the Delhi High Court on Monday took up the issue of imported oxygen concentrators allegedly lying with the customs department pending clearance, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has refuted the claim that 3,000 concentrators are pending with it.
