According to Fox News report, the allegations involve officials misusing an internal agency messaging board to discuss their sexual fantasies, presenting it as part of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. It was seen that agencies like the Defense Intelligence Agency, US Naval Intelligence, and the NSA were involved in discussions about gender-reassignment surgery, artificial genitalia, hormone therapy, polyamory, and pronoun usage, according to Fox News report.
