A bench led by Justice RD Dhanuka also directed the hospital authorities to submit details of the "nature of medical treatment" being provided to Rao, an accused in the Elgar Parishad-Koregaon Bhima case, who tested positive for coronavirus on July 16 and is admitted in Nanavati Hospital.
