Chestnut and chocolate cake Serves: 10-12 Ingredients: 250g peeled cooked chestnuts 250ml milk 250g dark chocolate, broken up 250g unsalted butter, roughly cut up 4 medium eggs, separated 100g caster sugar Method: 1. Stir in the warm chocolate mixture and then the chestnut purée, to create a well-blended batter.
