Missing Warrnambool man Christopher Jarvis killed with baseball bat and buried in shallow grave, court hears

ABC

The Supreme Court has heard how a Warrnambool man who went missing 18 years ago was killed with a baseball bat and then buried in a shallow grave on the day he went missing. The court heard Fenwick assisted another person to kill Mr Jarvis, however the name of the alleged killer has been suppressed. The court heard that a shallow grave was dug in the forest before the other unnamed person delivered the final fatal blow to Mr Jarvis with a baseball bat. The Supreme Court heard that Fenwick and the other person later went to a coastal lookout in Warrnambool called Thunder Point, where they set fire to Mr Jarvis' car.
