Kozhikode: Kozhikode district has played the most critical role in the mission to rebuild the state after one of the biggest calamity ever, said K.V. Mohan Kumar, director of public instruction and special in-charge of Kozhikode district during the floods and after. On September 11, the public education department will organise a fund mobilising event among the school and college students.
