The Yelahanka New Town police have booked a man for threatening a married woman and stalking her after she rejected his proposal for marriage. The victim runs a shop and the accused identified as Usman Pasha came to the shop a few days ago as a customer. The victim spurned him saying she was already married and asked him not to harass her, following which the accused threatened to kill her husband and mother. When the harassment became unbearable, the victim persuaded her husband to move to a different locality and stay with her grandmother.
