Six-paper pattern to continue for SSC classes 9, 10
Hyderabad: The state government on Wednesday gave its assent for the class 9 final examinations and class 10 SSC board examination assessments to be done on basis of six papers, instead of 11. Explaining the nuances, officials said that the science examination will comprise two question papers, one each for physical sciences and biological sciences, with 40 marks for each part and separate answer scripts. Additional 20 minutes will also be allotted for composite course exams, with two hours for Telugu/Urdu, one hour for Sanskrit/Arabic/Hindi and 20 minutes for collecting answer scripts and issuing question papers in the intervening period between the first and second parts.
