CJI Khanna And Georgetown Law Dean To Lead Comparative Constitutional Law Discussion On 'Recent Trends Of The Supreme Court Of India And The United States Supreme Court'

The Society for Democratic Rights, New Delhi, and the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington DC is co-hosting the 4th Comparative Constitutional Law discussion on the topic “Recent Trends of the Supreme Court of India and the United States Supreme Court”. The esteemed guests for this edition include Chief Justice of India Sanjeev Khanna and Dean William M. Treanor, Dean & Executive Vice President Paul Regis Dean Leadership Chair, Georgetown Law. The global responses of the Indian Supreme Court under the leadership of the country's 51th Chief Justice and other Justices of the apex court, and the role played by the American Supreme Court in its journey will be the core focus of the discussion.
