Tiffany Haddish Gets Real About Why She’s Now Celibate: ‘I Only Got So Much Soul Left’

Haddish told The Washington Post in 2023 that while their breakup “wasn’t mutual,” it was “the healthiest, the funnest relationship” she ever had. And I think I only got so much soul left and I don’t wanna necessarily just give it over to anybody.” The Grammy winner also revealed that celibacy is helping her learn a lot about her past dynamics with exes and that she’d find herself missing former partners who “inflicted a lot of physical” and “emotional pain” the most and is now determined to change that.
