Julian Leeser becomes the Voice to Parliament's first political victim, as pressure mounts on Peter Dutton

The Voice referendum has delivered its first political victim, with opposition Indigenous Australians spokesman Julian Leeser quitting the Liberal frontbench. In recent months Leeser's found himself having to explain why he supports "a Voice" but not "the Voice" being put forward by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and his government.
