'Dummy': Trump's fiery spokesman lashes out at reporter with profane post

Raw Story

Donald Trump's spokesman Steven Cheung is not happy about how the press reported on emergency vehicles being present at Mar-a-Lago on Thursday. Cheung, who previously did communications for UFC before signing on with Trump's campaign and is tapped to serve as the next White House communications director, was reacting to The Independent's Andrew Feinberg posting, "NOW: Per pool, 2 ambulances and several vans that appeared full of @SecretService have left Mar-a-Lago in the last few minutes" on X. Feinberg swiftly followed that up to clarify there was no medical emergency at Trump's country club, posting, "CALM DOWN, PEOPLE. But the post enraged Cheung — who accused Feinberg and the press gathered near Trump's residence of trying to whip up panic. When Vice President Kamala Harris held a campaign stop in Wisconsin in August, Cheung posted, "Make sure AF2 is deep cleaned because Lord only knows what and her team have done on there. And in June, Cheung melted down over reporters noting that Trump called Milwaukee a "horrible city," saying the coverage was "total bulls---."
